Located on a historically sensitive property, this home was detailed to recall the feel of the old house, while also meeting the needs of a young growing family. The main house features an open floor plan and rooftop deck overlooking Vineyard Sound. Wide plank flooring from the original 300 year old house was reclaimed and reused in the tiny guest cottage constructed at the end of the expansive backyard.
