WHITEHALL RESERVOIR

The steeply sloping site presented the biggest design challenge for this estate sized, waterfront home. Creative grading and a series of retaining walls were needed to negotiate the slope, and a scale model of the house and site was necessary to assist the owners’ understanding of the design concept. The home features four bedrooms, a three-story circular stair tower, four car garage, massive stone fireplace, and third floor music room.
